Are you a responsible, determined and independent person who wants to make a difference in people’s lives? Are you customer-oriented, knowledgeable about group insurance and gifted with strong management skills? If so, this is the job for you! Alliance Solution Collective, a growing company in the field of financial services for businesses, is looking for someone like you to fill the position of customer service coordinator.

Main duties

  • Manage the company’s group insurance client portfolio
  • Manage and supervise operations related to your area of intervention
  • Manage calls for tenders in collaboration with partner insurers
  • Analyze, negotiate and renew group insurance contracts for client businesses
  • Bring group insurance contracts into force and ensure quality until delivery is complete
  • Create commission contracts
  • Develop and create experience reports for group insurance plans
  • Provide customer service to client businesses
  • Perform any other related duties

Requirements

  • College diploma in insurance (or equivalent)
  • Five years of relevant experience in the field
  • Perfect fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Analytical skills, rigour and attention to detail
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal skills
